What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

For beginners I would say some dumbbells 5 lbs. to 15 lbs., resistant bands, jump rope, TRX, Yoga  kit or just a mat for stretching or yoga. Not sure of a good brand? message me and I will guide you to ones I recommend.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Basic beginner plan there is no charge.
There is an extra charge for a nutrition plan for competitors, these plans are switched up more often and there is more detail. pricing will be discussed upon initial assessment.

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

Besides making sure you are hiring a good coach (myself) I want to make sure you are going to be a good student and we are going to be a great team. I do this through assessments and initial questionnaires. I am here for YOU day in and day out. My passion is to show up for you on both the good and bad days. I am reachable 24/7. I strive to see results not just physically but mentally as well.
