What is Motivation in Motion 360 about?

I am, it is, we are about motivation of purpose, hope, drive and tomorrow.

It is about the 4 pillars of health and wellness. Exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress which all

are a part of our daily lives and also helps with your mental health.


Pillar 1, Exercise haha, a word most people hate to hear but it is a must! I love helping people with their fitness goal as well as listening to what their ideas of fitness or exercise is and what they enjoy to do for fun so that i can in corporate it into their everyday life.


Pillar 2; Nutrition! I am a certified Lifestyle and weight management specialist, who enjoys showing and guiding others into a healthier lifestyle where they don't have to give up their favorite foods but help them change the way they look at food and how to modify and fit those "favorite" foods into a healthier lifestyle so they can still enjoy life without feeling like they are being punished. I will also be talking about Nutrition, vitamins and supplements as well.




Pillar 3; AHHHHHHH.....The mighty ZZZZ's , yes im talking about SLEEP. Sleep not only is important to help with energy and daily function but it plays a roll in our health, building muscle as well as weight loss. sleep also plays a roll into our last pillar which im going to discuss briefly but we will touch a lot on.....


Pillar 4: Mental Health :) Mental Health isn't just depression, being Bipolar, or just plan crazy! Mental health deals with aspects of Self-love, Self-worth, abuse mental, physical and emotional. This will be a big topic of discussion because all of this works together, every pillar plays a roll in each other.


Now, I'm not an expert on the mental aspect i have a Certification in body imaging and I have a lot of life experiences that I am going to open up and share with a lot of you through here and through my podcast "YESJULZ" Real Talk!

This is what I am, this is what my purpose in life is, reaching out to many and hoping to touch and help change someone's life, not just through fitness but through life experiences.
